My build date was 4-14-13 and I opened the radiator cap on 10-28-13 (1700 miles) and there is no odor, also no odor in the cab.
I have the Penastar V6 so the hoses are different.

Where did I bash Ram trucks? Anti Ram ??? Talk about twisting. I have a truck that I love that unfortunately smells like a zombie. My dealer would not recognize it, in fact basically turned their back on me. You bash me?
Name calling? Really grow up and have someone re-read my post to you for translation. Here I will help you - Great truck (stinks), dealership didn't help me. Other dealer I happened to buy a car from was great, some american car dealerships can learn something that is what I am saying.
Stupid head. Wow that felt good, now I know why you are such a happy happy person. Were you also sticking your tongue out with your thumbs in your ears when you called me a dummy?

Mine was also built April 2013 and I just opened my radiator cap. I have no unusual smells from it. Smells like regular antifreeze to me. Mines a Hemi.

Has anyone to date had their truck retrofitted with new hoses and antifreeze? And the biggest question is Did it fix the Problem? I posted before that I was turned down by Chrysler for the fix. It did piss me off and I went home and made some calls. I got another call today saying Chrysler had called the Shop advisor and told them to go ahead with my fix and it would be covered. Parts were ordered today and I was told they should be in tomorrow or the next day. So I'm waiting to see if they get all the hoses or not. Will keep updating as things progress!

Yeah I've been waiting to see if anybody else has had their hoses changed before I take mine in. The coolant smells like nothing ive ever smelled before. Truck stinks at stop lights or idling in the driveway.

Not likely anyone has had it fixed yet. Since Chrysler engineering declared the issue and fix, I have been on the waiting list for the parts. None exist available anywhere in the world.
