Well, I certainly got their attention. The owner of my dealership called me today. Seems my emails got circulated all over the Chrysler boardroom members, and I became a priority.
Parts promised for Monday of next week. Pulling them from the production floor. Dealership owner offered me his personal truck as a loaner if I wanted it.
I will keep you up to date as to whether they meet their new commitments. I wish this is the treatment we all received without becoming a thorn.
