I called Chrysler Customer Care today as advised to do so by my dealership. They pretended they have NEVER heard of this and that they will move my complaint right up the ladder ASAP. Thats funny since this blog started in MAY !! and there is still no fix.
My dealership has been cooperative and understanding to this point, I would either like it fixed 100% or returned.
Lots of posts I have read this far have been of the same complaint and a few advised that they would again post with the results once their truck had been fixed. I haven't seen any posts confirming a fix yet. Can anyone share?
As I posted already, mine has been fixed and after 1000 miles, no smell yet.
Will continue to post as miles rack up.
