its always good to have a ratchet style tie down around just in case you have to relieve tension or realign bolt holes, to be able remove/replace bolts easily

I wish i woulda read that earlier. I have a few, Would have been VERY helpful and saved me a busted knuckle. I used my foot on the frame and pushed like hell. Haha.

Anyway, i got the bracket installed with some grade 8 bolt and after a quick spin it seems to have solved my problem, as for the axle being centered, i cant tell too well since its dark but it looks like it fixed that too.

Heres a pic of it installed

Ill check tomorrow when i can see to determine if ill be buying the Spohn or not.

So far

Went to lowes and got all i needed in grade 8 and wouldnt ya know, i got the wrong size for the bar.
I thought it was a 5/8. But turns out it was a 9/16. It fit perfect in the bracket, but a tiiiny bit big for the bushing. So im headed back out there tomorrow.

So far it seems to have lined back up right. I put a socket ext in to hold it and shook it around and the wheels look to be more centered. I snapped a few pics of it installed and tomorrow ill post a couple of it completed. Easy install so far minus my lil set back.

Good thing i got my ol silverado to get me by!

Lol it should all be metric not standard and as far as the panhard bar you use the stock bolts that hold your stock ones in

9/16 fit like a glove.

I hit the hwy up to 75 for a couple mins and smooth as could be. Then i went down some backroads i could feel the sway before and its gone. So im a happy camper unless the sun reveals a uncentered axle. Lol.

I live in Fort Gison, near Muskogee Oklahoma.

Good deal! I installed mine a week ago and it centered mine perfectly too. I never had any high speed wobbles, but its nice to know I never will either. The Spohn is nice, but unless you do some seriously hardcore driving or want the undercarriage bling it's not a necessity.
BTW, in your pic it looks like you still have the OE bumpstops in. How much space do you have between the bumpstop and the axle?
