Default all kinds of problems with my new2me dodge ram. please help

I bought a 2010 dodge ram 1500 4x4 hemi crew cab6 days ago.
I have had service 4x4 warning lights, esp warning lights, and tonight my buddy was following me and told me my brake lights stayed on while accelerating and/or flickered when going over bumps. When I left the dealership, they said they only covered drive train for 30 days. isn't there a lemon law against this type of stuff? I have left 2 messages at dealership with no reply. They are 40 minutes away and I work 2 jobs. driving there isn't that easy. I would like some kind of recourse for this. Do any of you know the laws on this stuff? I hope to god Im not stuck with major wiring problems. any help is appreciated.

How many miles are on the truck??? You would think the 3 year/36000 mile warranty would cover this if under 36K miles.

Welcome to the world of used vehicles! I would take it back, and explain how "unsatisfied" you are with their vehicle. I bought a used 2000 Denali a few years ago, 3 days after I get it, the service 4wd light came, I replaced everything trying to fix it while the dealer I bought it from told me "Welcome to the world of used vehicles". I never could fix it, and traded it on my current Truck, 2009 RAM, which I love! Good Luck!

The flashing brake lights was a $17 plunger switch on the brake pedal arm. havent had the service 4x4 light on lately but still taking it to dealership to see what they have to say

Service 4 WD light will also illuminate when there are issues with one of the wheel speed sensors. This is also a common problem with the Rams.

6 days ago you bought it and the dealer won't back it up? I think I'd be on the phone with the Better Business Bureau. Sounds unsafe for the road for me...

Lemon Laws in each state are different and are a big PITA to dance around. They are so geared towards dealerships and not you the consumer. I would suggest you call your state's attorney general or even go online to find out the specifics for the lemon law in your state. In Mass, dealerships have to warranty a used car for 30 days and the lemon law here states the dealership has 3 opportunities to fix the SAME problem within 30 days before it can be classified a lemon. They always seem to find the issue on day 29!! Good luck man and keep us posted as to how you make out.
