2002 ram 1500 the air on the ac coming out the floor whats wrong and how to fix and how hard thanks

Well the number one obvious thing to check is the control that changes the air from floor to vent control. You did change that to vent right?

If that has no affect I would say it's either that switch or the electric motor that's supposed to change that. Or are the 02's still cable control? If so one of the cables might have popped out or something.

You more than likely have a faulty blend door. Sounds like a mode 1 door with a broken hinge. I am actually changing one fo them out now. Check out www.heatertreater.net

They have a few YouTube videos that are rather helpful as well as a few write ups on this site.
