Looking into this now, rather have mine flashed over splicing, but when all else fails I will add resistors.

Just get a wire harness with built in resistors, no splicing

His harness has no resistors in it? oh well, if you already have a wire harness, then weld a wire into the harness from JJ and ground the resistor, you don't need to splice into the trucks harness than, if you are uncomfortable doing that, you can get yourself a complete harness from theretrofitsource or ****************, both have them and they work great, I have one from **************** and it excellent.

No I can add the resistors, just if the truck can be reflashed, rather have that route so never have issues again if I do tails, etc. My dealer so far says he has never heard of this, so wondering if anyone dealer was able to do so.

I spent an hour with my tech at the dealer and he looked all over the place, he could not find it.

Ordered the 50w 6ohms while waiting on dealer, if not, no harm, just would be nice to just get it added to PCM and rock on
