Default Water sound

I have water somewhere in the body of my 13 ram crew cab. I thought it might be the gas but it's not. The sound is coming from the passengers side. It froze in the cold weather and now it sound like ice chunks rolling around. I am pretty sure it's not the frame being it has holes made into it. So I think it's in the body wall. Anyone else have this problem?

look under the door and cab door for drain holes or the rubber plugs, see if drain holes are plugged. remove rubber plugs and see if water comes out.

I had this issue in my last truck (GMC)... water would get stuck in the rear door and would not leak out until you opened and closed the door.. Pretty sure a drain hole was plugged and shutting it would open up the drain holes.
