Ya I got the idea from my grandpa. He made one up for his road runner and put it out with the car at shows. I'd like to do the same with mine since the truck is one its way to being more show truck than daily driver.

Got the truck started on Saturday night!! It fired right up first try and idled and revved up good. Only things I've found so far is that my alternator was no good and my passenger side fuel rail is leaking.

So ordered a new alternator (showed up today) and ordered a new set of Arrington billet aluminum fuel rails to dress up the engine bay a bit more. New custom drive shaft should be done tomorrow so hopefully i'll have it back on the road soon.

Anyways heres a video of the truck running for the first time with the hemi

Thanks guys!!

Its been a ton of work getting it this far but it will all be worth it soon when I finally get to drive it next week. I just got my new custom driveshaft installed tonight. Found out the passenger side fuel rail was leaking after I fired it up so I ordered a set of Arrington billet fuel rails. The rails showed up today but were missing the crossover kit I ordered for them so again I'm waiting on parts. Once the kit arrives ill take it for a test drive and post up a couple videos of it on the road.
