Default the big wheel question "offset" help please

I found a set of fuel nutz wheels for a great price, the only thing is I don't know much about offset. I get it but I can't picture it on a truck yet. What I want is the same look k9endy has. He's running 20x9 275/65/20, he doesn't remember the offset. I found 20x9 fuel nutz with a +1 offset for 978$. I'm putting it on, whenever its delivered, a sport with air ride and ram 2500 oem fender flares. I only want it sticking out slightly. The stock wheels are +19 I heard, does that mean I want my fuel nutz + 19. Thanks for any help and pics guys.

I'm running 20x9 -12 offset with 35x12.5 Toyo MT's and I stick out 2 1/8" from the fender on the front and 1 5/8" on the back. With the narrower tires you will be sticking out quite a bit less. I would guess at least half an inch. So you will be tucked under the OEM 2500 flares. If you want to stick out further you will want more of a negative offset.

Here's a link to my thread about my tire and wheel install with lots of pictures to help you out.

I would like a thicker tire but not sure of the fit with ther air suspenion. I can deal with sticking out 1/2 inch. It's being sunk in I was worrying about. Thank for the info.... Your truck looks sick too, nice job.

Thanks for the compliment!

Sorry, I was a little unclear in my dimensions there. By saying you'd be sticking out at least a half inch I meant you'd be in at least 1/2" further than me. But that was wrong as well... my bad. With a +1 offset wheel and the 275 tires you'll be in around 1" further than me. Therefore sticking out approximately 1" from the fender. With the OEM 2500 flares on you will be tucked underneath.
