Default I'm getting the itch

...To modify and spend money on the truck.
Can anyone suggest a list of things i can do. I am performance minded.
I already have a ported TB, Airraid intake, and Bullydog tuner, on a set of Nitto Terra grapps on 17 in rims.

Please give me some ideas, and the benefit of them, as i am new to the truck world.

Since you already have tuner and CAI, a cat-back system would allow your beast to run better, and sound better. Many, many types to choose from for your audible preference. You can also add a 180 degree t-stat to let the engine run a wee bit cooler. Some long pipes (headers) would let it breath even better, but now you're talking mucho denaro.

where can i find long pipes for my year?
Thanks for the tips. My only problem with exhaust is, after the CAI the engine drone is intense in the cab. My wife might not appreciate more. lol.

what do you think about an exhaust cutout. Is that just for sound or can it improve/damper performance?

don't guys goin for performance get new torque converters? idk what they help with but they do something

u can get a free flowing cat back that isn't very loud. like a 22" or 24" Maggie will be fine and not annoy your wife

your CAI is loud all the time? mine is only at WOT. then it sounds like a jet

anything above 3200 rpm, is a rather loud roar. when it reaches about 4900 to 5300 you cant hear anyone in the cab speak.
I asked on here before and everyone ensured me it was normal.

If you don't want an exhaust that is very loud the 22" Magnaflow is a touch louder than stock, my wife said no exhaust system. I put the 22" on after two weeks of buying the truck and she still doesn't know I got it put on.The 22" sounds decent at wot, absolutely no drone but leaves something to be desired iin my opinion. I purchased the Flowmaster catback yesterday as I want more rumble.

Ok, so we've got exhaust as an option. Anything else?
Can anyone explain the benefit of a high stall torque converter to me in laymen's terms?
