Question Lower offset on stock height?

I'm gonna make this as descriptive as possible so that I only have to ask a couple direct questions.

Stock configuration on my 2013 Sport:
275/60R20 tires
20x9" rims (I believe they are 9" wide, correct me if I'm wrong)
Stock offset +19mm

Assumption: The rear tire/rim setup will always fit if the front setup fits (assuming the same size of rim and tire in the front and back). This is because if the front fits while going straight and while turning, the rear HAS to fit because it's always going straight.

New configuration that I'm looking for:
275/60R20 tires (yes I want to use the same, stock tires)
20x9" or 20x10" rims
New offset: Lower, maybe -6, maybe -12 or even lower?

First Question:
Will these fit on a truck riding stock height? Obviously I'm not worried about them fitting while going straight (all I'm doing is pushing out the tires, so obviously they'll fit then). I'm thinking of a tight turn in a parking lot, etc, at full lock. Will these rub the fenders?

Second Question:
Once these tires wear out, I may want to move to a 295 or 305 wide tire (still just 33" tall like stock, but a little wider). Will these fit when the time comes?

If you have experience, let me know. I know this isn't a standard question cause most people are looking to get 35" tires on, but that's not the case for me. Please fill me in with what you know.

No one has done this? Or knows how low of an offset you can do on stock tires??

So you're talking about going from a+19mm offset to a -6mm offset or greater, which means the wheel/tire will stick out at least an inch or more. I would think it would work with a 8 or 9" wheel with the OE tire size, not sure about anything wider/bigger. You could always jack a front wheel up, stack an inch of washers on a few lug studs, stick the wheel back on and cycle through the steering radius (with the truck still off the ground, of course). It wouldn't be exact, but it would give you an idea of how close it would be. Just a thought.

Yeah this is exactly what i'm trying to do. I want to widen the truck stance without really lifting it. I may level it at some point, but I'd need to know it'll fit at stock height first. I would prefer it to stick out at least an inch from the edge of the stock fender. If I need to put flares on at a later date, then so be it.
