Default Headlight adjustment with 2" level kit

Just installed a 2" leveling kit and I didn't see where the headlights were aimed before doing so. I aimed at my garage after finishing and turn the adjustment screws 3 full turns to lower them. Does anyone know how far down I need to go on the adjustments?

I'm not sure if the link below will help. This is from 2011, but there may be some useful information.

Make sure your fuel tank is full, get yourself a flat surface where you can move your truck back 25', place truck 1 ft away from the wall and put a tape "x" at the position where driver and passenger lights are located on the wall, move the truck back 25ft and align your lights to be at the same position as when the truck was 1ft away. If you have HID's retrofitted in your stock housings with no projectors bring them down a few degrees.

I just used a dark lot with a car in it for my 2" level just to keep the light beam out of the windows from 4 to 5 car lengths. I am running hids with quad lights and no issues.
