Default 2001 Dodge Ram Speedometer erratic, ABS and brake light on

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram Sport 4wd automatic with the 360 engine in it.
It has 106000 on the clock. The speedometer is all over the place, the ABS light is on, even though I don't have ABS, the brake light is on.
I have replaced the RWSS, the transmission sensor, cleaned battery cables and grounds, and have looked for loose wires. No luck.
I have run out of ideas. Briefly I got a po500 code after I put in new RWSS, but it doesn't repeat the code after resetting it.

Are you SURE you don't have rear axle mounted ABS sensor(s)?

He has a 2001 1500

It will have rear wheel ABS at a minimum.

Additional question is whether he also has FRONT ABS. Take a look at the brake master cylinder and look for how many lines. Or look at a front wheel and see if there is an additional line to it (1 of them being from the brake fluid).

I wonder if you got the correct sensor for the rear differential.

Will you elaborate as to what triggered this altogether? What made you replace the tranny sensor? That one has a specific code for it.
