Default Estimated Dyno Numbers?

I am curious to know what kind of numbers I could expect if I were to dyno my current setup. Dynos are hard to find in my area. I searched and found a couple of threads but there were certain variables that I thought might make a difference so I figured I'd ask in a new thread.

2009 1500 4WD 5.7 Hemi
Running 89 Octane
AFE Stage 1 Intake w/ Dry Filter
DiabloSport inTune - 87 tune w/ 10% Throttle Boost

Anyone run a similar setup and had some dyno time? Sheets would be awesome.

How do you like the DS Intune? I bought the BullyDog a week ago and I'm questioning my purchase.

So far, so good. I haven't done any data logging, and don't really plan to, so I haven't used it to its full capabilities as far as adjusting fuel and ignition parameters. But just for adjusting tire size, throttle boost, and using the canned 87 tune, I really like it. Fairly straight forward and easy to use.

There are so many variables, you're probably looking at ~300 rwhp peak.

So taking obvious variables into account, I could expect 310+ rwhp with my setup?

I've seen GT's dyno b4 and I think his truck is stock, it's one of the higher dynos for a stock truck. The stock dynos I've seen range anywhere from ~280-315hp. So like I said a lot of variables. The intake honestly might add 5 hp peak, regardless of what they claim. The tuner maybe 10-20 peak at the most, and probably not that much(they should advertise this....be careful not to confuse it with max gain though). So you MIGHT be at around 320 max. But then again if it would have dyno'd 280 stock you'd be at around 300. Just a lot of variables. Even the dyno and operator matter.

As for engine hp, there's approximately 90 hp drivetrain loss. Don't use the percentage figures most use, that's not the correct way to measure drivetrain loss.

That makes sense. And I know these are just rough numbers and theres way too many variable to consider when estimating something like this. I was just curious to know what other guys with a similar setup are putting down.

317 hp 375 torque on a mustang dyno 93 degrees with white lighting tune k&N intake 21 inch muffler and a throttle body with 180 thermostat. Really hard to keep in 3rd as truck wants to shift. Make sure to use the diablo to fully disable traction control. Also looking at dyno sheet it only goes to 4800? Not sure how accurate this is as the dyno guy said really hard with Dodge because no way to fully put in third gear. It was fun though. Good luck.
