Good looking truck. Those tires aren't helping, and you'd feel a difference stepping down to a 265/75/16 tire. It just wouldn't look as good.

Take a couple of minutes and contact White lighting, see with him if he has a tune for your tuner that might be a bit better than the hemi fever tune you have fo this 5.2l, or maybe he could ring one up for you, he might just say "nada, nothing I can do." might be worth a shot.

Going back to smaller tires might help.

I do know smaller tires would help. But at the same time it didn't even want to brake the stock 265/75/16s lose that we're almost shot. I did just look at the truck and double checked the plenum gasket. It has started going out on me in the past 1000 miles with out me knowing. Looking down inside the intake the bottom is now a nice amber brown with some oil on top of it. Looks like I need I tear it apart now. I think I will do the kegger mod with the Hughes's pan. I would love to do there complete intake but don't see spending 700$ do do it. Does anybody know of a good intake in the 300$ range or should I just do the pan and kegger mod and call it good?

3.55 are good for fuel economy on the highway not for burning rubber.

My problem is I usually am never on the highway. 55-60 is as fast as I go and with an overdrive tranny that's not to bad. I have a buddy with an Offroad package so it has 4:10 stock and he still gets 12 no matter what and that's with a 360. I prob will never regear do to cost but who knows.

Do u guys think I will miss my 3:55 if I go to say a 3:93 or 4:10 rear end? 95% of my driving is 55 mph or under.

If you are trying to save a few bucks: I bought a machined aluminum plennum on ebay a while back, and have absolutely no complaints on the workmanship. it was about $65 delivered. I just checked the seller, and he doesn't have any listed, but maybe you can contact him: http://www.ebay.com/usr/1999blkdakrt
