Default running lean bank 2

i searched for this issue, i think i know what it is but just wanted to get some input from others. truck is 2006 rcsb hemi. running LT's with double non-foulers with steel wool and still getting the code. now i was getting both banks but i knew it was just the header collectors were not bolted together all the way. after tightening them bank 1 went away. now ive looked all over for an exhaust leak and cant find one, im thinking maybe i need to remove the steel wool and see what happens? im not sure if maybe its just too much restriction for the o2 sensor. i have a wideband on bank 1 (didnt order a dual one as i used to use a y pipe and now have true duals) and on bank 1 im usually always at 14.7 - 16. so remove the steel wool and check? or continue looking for exhaust leak?
