Default The squeak never ends!!!

Hey everybody, my front drivers side has a squeak in it when I drive that I can't seem to get to go away. I have sprayed basically everything with penetrating oil. The word thing is that it only squeaks when it gets warm, when it gets cold it doesn't squeak. Does anybody know what this is or how I could fix it or figure out what it is? I dont know where to start and its gotten to the point it's embarrassing to drive by someone outside because all they wil hear is the squeak and not my exhaust lol

Some rubber bushings that have hardened up? Could start swapping out for polyurethane.

98% chance its a glazed bushing, just from wear and age. Most likely suspect is the LCA bushings because of the abuse they take. Penetrating oil is not a good idea because it won't make it to the source of the squeak, and it will just degrade the rubber the bushings are made of anyway. Best bet is just to start replacing bushings, starting with the LCA. I personally wouldn't recommend polyurethane, as it has a tendency to squeak by nature. I would just go with some quality rubber ones.

LCA = lower control arm. Its the triangular shaped bracket that is connected to the frame at two pivot points (where the bushings are), and to the spindle @ the lower ball joint. You will need to disassemble the front suspension to remove the arm and have the bushings pressed out/in. If you are not familiar with the procedure you may want to get help from someone who is, or have a shop do it.

I know this isn't the lower control arm bushing but could this be the squeak? It looks beyond due to be replaced. Here is pictures of the lower control arm bushing as well as the up too. Also what is this bushing?

This is a 4WD? That changes everything. You don't have control arms, you have a solid front axle. The bushings in your pic are sway bar endlink bushings, and even though they are shot and need to be replaced, they probably aren't causing your squeak. I would suspect the locating arm bushings or the sway bar mounting bushings (the bushings that are where the sway bar bolts to the frame). I would start by replacing the mount and endlink bushings on the sway bar to see if that gets rid of the squeak. If that doesn't do it, I would move on to the locating arm and track bar bushings. Just looking at those endlink bushingsi would say most all of your suspension bushings are in need of replacement. Those other pics are your ball joints, BTW...

Just unbolt the endlinks (use penetrating spray), then do one frame bushing at a time, then do the endlinks.
Oh, put a film of bearing grease in the bushings too!
