Default One HID brighter than the other.

I bought the digital kit from Retro Solutions and installed them last weekend. I hooked them all up and they work fine no light out warnings or flickering. The only issue I have is one light seems to be much brighter than the other. It also says that there should be a 2-4 second delay when turning off the lights. I do NOT get this. I have checked the polarity and it is correct for both bulbs. Anyone have any idea what could cause this? I have checked over grounds, fuses, and all connections are tight. Any idea's? Did I just get a bad set of bulbs?

I have attached a photo. It doesn't look like a huge difference from this photo but when you are in the truck at night you can really tell

Looks like your driver side bulb is darker, it could be a defective bulb, swap your bulb from driver to passenger and see if the darkness follows, you might just have a bad bulb, you can get it replaced, lifetime warranty on those if I am not mistaken. If the darker one does not follow than your ballast might have an issue, make sure your grounded well on the ballast side also. Keep us posted on what you find out.
