You probably have a relay or LOCKPICK installed behind the radio, Put the truck in drive and press play for a DVD movie - I bet $$$$ that the movie will play on all screens while you drive. Always an excellent bonus considering they cost $200-$300 new.
I love the screens in the headrests for a regular cab - so completely pointless and awesome
I would not be surprised if the truck had many more mods and after market features. Pop the hood on that bad boy and take a handful of pics!
EDIT - You have the stock 430N RHB stereo, it says VES at the bottom which means it has more than just a relay installed as that feature has to be activated by something else - either factory (doubtful as its a regular cab) or by LockPick. The VES enabled is how those rear monitors are getting video.
