Hey all, I want to lift my truck but have no clue where to start.
I don't want to do a big lift, maybe 2" or so as my fiancé and co-worker who rides with me everyday already struggle to get in the truck lol
Do I just need to add some larger coils? Also I have 265/75/r16s on stock rims, in the front there doesn't seem to be much clearance, am I going to have a problem with rubbing and would spacers help?

Default "87 Ram frustration...

AHHH
hey guys, ive been looking all over the web and nothing seems to point me in the right direction yet, for a front end lift or leveling for my 1987 Ram 2wd sitting on 31" buckshots. i have "lug rub" in turns and on inclines. i want as well for that meaner stance. everything ive seen so far is for
'94 and newer trucks, dose these kits apply to older or am i just not looking in the right area..your knowledge in the right direction would be great. thanks guys.

What kind of shocks are needed with a 3" front coil spring on a 03 1500 2WD? I bought the truck for a great deal at 6,000$ but the front suspension is so worn down that the rake between the front and back is at 4"! I'm hoping this might put me somewhere close to level, then do spindles and rear blocks at a later date.

Looks like a 3" ebay spindle will work if I want to level my 2014 quad cab 1500, right?

With maybe a slight reverse rake? I don't mind the prerunner look.

Yes Spindles are the best way to go because it doesn't change the geometry too much of the front end.

My question is if I get 2" longer shocks with 3" longer spring, is that 5" of lift I would receive?
