Default Wiper motor voltage inputs

Trying to diagnose non-working wipers and wondering if anyone can share what which terminals should "light up" on the different wiper switch settings. I suspect my motor is burned out, but want to make sure I'm not just going burn another one when I install that. Wiring's kind of a mess on this truck ('93 250)

Looking down the holes on the plug, numbering 1-4 left to right, I get:

Hi: 4
Lo: 2, 1
Del: 3, 2, 1

Sound right?

if it is not working take the bolt that is easiest to take out, out. clean it and the area around the bolt hole and then put it back in. most of the time it is a bad ground connection that stops the motor from working.
