Very common problem. The third brake light is most probably leaking. Back to dealer for fix and I would ask for a new headliner that is now stained.

Avengers from 2008 right thru to 2013 still do the leak thing from the 3rd brake light. Ma has known about it for years and always waits for the individual vehicle to come in, to simply remove the 3rd light, silicone it and re-install. You would think by now they would put a bead on in the factory rather than pay for the warranty charges.

I had the same problem in my 2012 sport after having it for only a couple months. I took it to the dealer, they put some rtv sealant on the third break light and it fixed to problem. Kind of seemed like a patch to me, but it worked...

My rear window was leaking too. Not the light though, The actual window seal. Took forever to get it fixed Cuz the nearest dealership is a bunch of idiots...don't even get me started. Lol

I went to Home Depot and got a thicker piece of weather stripping for mine. I scrapped the original rubber gasket off,and installed the thicker one on the brake light.
No more leaking for around $5.00!

Exactly what I did too
Mind you, I had to re tighten it again. But it's solid now
