Default Wheel spacer questions

below is the link to the wheel spacer I'm looking to buy and just wonder if a 1.5in spacer is to big? with stock 20x9 rims and 35x12.5r20 would this make my tire stick out a crazy amount? i like a wide stance but nothing to far out. here is the link

it would make it stick out...1.5" from where it is currently...

just remember, like most things, when it comes to spacers...you get what you pay for. Don't get cheesy spacers. most guys on here only run 1/4" in order to prevent rubbing with 35x12.5" tires. (with a level of course, or you won't even be able to fit the tires in the first place)

then you'll be fine with a 1/4" spacer

no need for 1.5". I mean you might get a bit more of a stance but...1/4" will allow you to fit those tires

Yup, what gonefishin776 said. You only need 1/4" spacers to clear your 35's on stock rims. If you go with a 1.5" spacer you'll probably end up rubbing on your inner fenders because your tires will be out too far.

I see a pattern here

A 1/4" spacer is pretty basic, not much to it. So you shouldn't have any issues with them breaking. I know Rough Country makes them, not sure who else does. I'd contact Jeremiah or Andrew at Bully's Performance (formerly Discount Auto Performance). They'll know the best ones to get and get you the best price on them.

Jeremiah: jhinkle1989@discountautoperformance
Andrew: fastNugly@discountautoperformance

Since you only have 10 posts and can't send PM's add ".com" to the end of either of those usernames to email them.
