I would think the control arms are an issue with anything over 11.50 like a 285x60...I agree with hemiboy...even with a 1/4 spacer you are + 13 so just don't see 12.50s on stock rims

Yeah so now I need to sell my 1/4" spacers and go with 1 1/2" spacers and run 33's x 1250 like I originally said

woah woah woah. why?

it's been tried and proven that with 1/4" spacers you can clear 12.5" wide tires on stock wheels. Actually most 35x12.5 (with the exception of nitto trail graps) run smaller than 12.5 anyway.

Yes, what gonefishin776 said. There are TONS of guys running 35x12.5's on the stock wheels with 1/4" spacers. You won't have any problem with control arm clearance.

Go to the lifted section of the forum and look through some of the stickied threads. There you will see 12.5" wide tires on stock rims with 1/4" spacers. Again, this is not a new thing... guys have been running that set up for years on the 4th gen Rams.

I'm probably too late but I'll chime in anyways and possibly help out future onlookers. I'm running the RC Leveling kit as well and I went with 285/65/20 Wrangler MTR Kevlars. They come to about 34.8x11.4. These are on factory wheels and there is no rubbing. I know everyone is hot and bothered with 12.5 wide tires but I don't see a need for them, at least not for what I do. Just my opinion.

Having trouble attaching the image on my phone. I have one pretty decent side picture in my gallery if you check out my profile. Sorry, not real convenient, I know.

eh boys,

i'm thinking of getting some 315/70/17 BFG TA/KOs on my truck, i've found one version that will fit the stock 17x8" rim and one needs 8.5"

so i might go with a 17x9 pro comp rim.
http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/52..._pn=pcw52-7985

any thoughts on this setup?
i have a 2011 4x4 QC with bilsteins in the front at 2.75 and coilrite airbags in the back with beefier springs.

you can see in the pic how small the 265/70/17s look,

thanks for your time
