Default Bilsteins causing STOCK width tire rub on control arm?

Got my front 5100's installed yesterday (set to 2.1) then alignment done. Something felt wrong backing into a parking spot last night. Ive looked more into it and my front right upper control arm is rubbing the inside of the tire. my tires are 275/65R20.

I took it back by the dealer today and they wanted to blame it on the shocks/ leveling. In other words, they have no idea why its doing it. They want me to drop it off with them this week to look more into it.

I have not been able to find anyone else having this issue. But has anyone seen this before? any suggestions?

I'm getting the same thing, but I have 295/60R20s...so a little bit wider. Kinda surprised about it myself. I just can't cut the wheel too hard.

Took the tire off and looked at the UCA, looks like the rubbing is actually about an inch back from tip. More on the front side than the rear. Strange that only the front right rubs, front left doesn't. Wondering if I need to add .25 or .50 spacer or shims. Just having a hard time believing something isn't wrong. This setup is just way to common for me to be the only one with this

I don't see any signs of rubbing on the tire....my UCA's look like that too after installing my lift but that was because I had my hands all over them.

The second pic down is of the driver side I believe. It's very close but not running. The passenger side has a very obvious ring on it. The spots on the upper control arm I am attempting to show are where you can see it's actually worn down to shiny metal on one side, and smooth black on the other side.

Gotcha. How about a picture of the wheels you are running. Any idea what the offset is on them?

Stock rims. 20x9 I believe. Tires are stock width and 1" taller.

Just found out the previous owner installed front spacers. Not sure what size though. If the dealer didn't remove them, could that be the cause?

Absolutely! You cannot combine the 2!
