Default JET performance module???

Any info or opinions on the JET Performance module? I have 14" magnaflow, S&B air intake already and possibly in the future do a throttle body upgrade but that's about it with the performance...I've been looking at other tuners and they all just seem a lil complex where as this JET one is a plug and play simple as that. Let me know what you guys think, thanks

cheap and worthless. there is a reason they are "simple and plug in play"

get a real tuner. Read the directions, if you still can't figure it out...these companies like diablo and bullydog have EXCELLENT customer service..usually

I had a similar fear when I started looking into this stuff. But I found an awesome deal on craigslist for a DS inTune that, fear or not, I couldn't pass up. I had difficulties getting it to work right away but with the help of DS tech support, I had it up and running in no time. And when I got putting in a canned tune, adjusting throttle, and changing tire size...it was a breeze. I'm no expert and I've only used it to probably half of its potential as I have't done any data logging but its done what I've asked it to and it was easy to use. Best way to learn.....do. But that's just my story.

waste. hand held programmers like Diablo and Superchips are not hard to use for just loading a canned octane tune. In addition you have have assistance of multiple forums, user guides, instruction videos on youtube etc..

Personally thought it was harder to navigate around this forum when i first joined vs a superchips, sct, diablo programmer. hehehe

The diablo Trinity has tons of options and features that probably no one will ever figure totally out, but once you take the time to read the instructions.. It is very simple to use. I love having a custom guage layout set-up with everything I need in positions that I want. And for the tuning.. The device leads you through step by step. All you have to do is sit there and turn the key on and off when instructed

I am loving having mine and it will be paid off in gas saved alone within the next few months. Have gotten up to bit over 200km extra out of my 90L tank the odd time... When I drive conservatively.

My opinion on this item is based on previous experience, with 2 separate applications.(1)2009 Challenger SE 3.5l.(2)2007 Mustang GT.4.6l. (1) for this I got the stage2, I had K&N cai, magnaflow cat back. Unfortunately I noticed nothing with it,I guess mainly because the 3.5l is so underpowered. This also had the 4 speed automatic. I did get a predator which immediately showed a power improvement. But being the 4 speed, no trans. adjustment is available.
On a scale of 0-5 ( 0=nothing,5=excellent) 0,on this application
(2) The 4.6l is a sweet little motor, and my stang had a little flat spot, shifting from first to second, there is only 1 module available for it. The only other mod was a Corsa axleback. The module did remedy the flat spot, but thats all, I speculate it just richened it up a tad. It did accomplish what I wanted, but no more.lol. Same scale:1.5. Keep in mind this is just my opinon. While I'm expressing,to me, the only true tuning for these Hemi's are Arrington or Arrow.FULL access!

I would not personally recommend the chip, I would stick with a handheld tuner, if you need pricing on one weather it is Bully Dog, DiabloSport, or Superchips let me know I will get you the lowest pricing on the net

Thanks
Jeremiah
