Default Blower Fan works intermittently

Been using the search feature here and only found a couple of post from 2011 & 2012 but didn't answer my question.

I have a Gen 3 2004 1500 Quad cab.
The blower fan works intermittently but even when working, not on high.
I've read something about the resistor and or the blower motor.
If anyone has any info on this subject, please include specific info,
such as where said items are located.

This is the 2nd Gen Section (94-01). However, I believe it's still located on the passenger's side floor well.

If you're sitting in the passenger's seat, lift your left foot and the plug should be by your toes.

I also believe that there's 5/6 wires going into the plug and the resistor is held in with 2-7mm nuts/screws. When you drop it (goes in from the bottom-up) It should be a small green circuit board or a ceramic square.

Take a look and let me know.
