2.5 seem to be pretty good for most guys, 2.8 on bilstiens almost surely will get the 4wd wobble. i do but its only under acceleration, cruiseing you dont feel it.

Does anybody with the factory air suspension have problems with a shudder when they are at max ride height or do they come with different cv joints to eliminate the shudder?

Many have the vibration. It is NOT DEATH WOBBLE. Death wobble is very violent and very dangerous. I have never once read anyone complain of the DW with a level kit. Only vibration.

One thing to note about those experiencing vibration is not just the increase in leveling height which places the CV's out of it's originally designed angle of operation, but also the increase in tire weight, tire consruction and design(i.e., Mud or A/T), and aftermarket wheel trueness. I have the Bils 5100's set at 2.1 with the OE 275/60-20's and have experienced no wobble what so ever. Just lucky I suppose. Drove 4hours to the Gulf at 80 mph speeds with family. Put the Ram in 4Hi and did some sand surfing while the family hung out under the beach umbrella. Speeds up to 45 mph without wobble, but would probably be hard to distinguish in loose sand. Packed up family at end of day, put back in 2WD and drove back home, smooth as butter.
