My options are I believe

Fuel wheel I want

20x9 1 offset 5.0 back space
20x9 20 offset. 5.75 back space


20x10 -12 offset 5.0 back space
20x10. -24 offset 4.5 back space


My truck is a 2011 1500 sport. It is leveled and I would like to have the option to go 35x12.5 tires eventually. I don't want rub and I don't want extreme tire stickout. I do plan to throw some flares on her eventually as well. If I got 20x10 would I be able to run the factory goodyear wranglers on there till they wore out or would that be too wide a wheel for them.

hmm. okay.

20x9 1 offset 5.0 back space - could probably get away with this..maybe some minor minor rubbing you could easily fix with some trimming that wouldn't even be noticeable.
20x9 20 offset. 5.75 back space - not gonna work without a spacer


20x10 -12 offset 5.0 back space - will work, but will stick out some, esp with a 10" wide wheel. Flares will look fantastic with it tho! ( I suggest this route)
20x10. -24 offset 4.5 back space - gonna stick out a lot. flares might still look good with it though.

Not sure if the stock tires will be good on a 20x10, they will be fine on a 20x9. You'd have to look at the specs for the tire. Most will say what size rims they will fit.

so you thing the 20x9 with 5.0 backspace will rub a little but the 20x10 with 5.0 backspace should be fine?

just want to make sure im understanding correctly as im not very fluent with aftermarket wheels on trucks just my bikes..

i mean ya it says the back spacing is the same....i guess because the width is different...but what im looking at is the offset most importantly

ok the negative offset is whats going to get the inside of the wheel out away from the control arms etc.. correct?

The 20x9 +1 offset will give you the least chance of rubbing since wheel is mounted right at the center.

As gonefishin776 said the 20x9 +20 offset isn't even an option, you'll never get 35x12.5's on there.

Once you jump up to the 20x10 wheel with a negative offset you're probably going to rub simply because they stick out so far. You'll end up hitting on either the back of the inner fender or the front valance.

Based on running Toyo MT 35x12.5 tires here's what you'll stick out on the front with each set up:

20x9 +1 offset: 1 5/8"
20x9 -12 offset (if that's available): 2 1/8" << This is the set up I'm running. Link in my sig with pics if you're interested.
20x10 -12 offset: 2 5/8"
20x10 -24 offset: 3 1/8"

So depending on what flares you want to put on those numbers should influence your decision. Bushwacker pocket flares stick out 2.5", OEM flares stick out about 2.0".

they are fuel dune wheels. from what I see the options I posted are what they come in for our trucks.. I might not go with that aggressive of a tire. might stick with like a cooper zeon ltz.. haven't looked at their sizes recently tho
