It's a good thing that I've had some firefighting training.... they always told us NEVER try to stamp out a fire, regardless of how small it may be...

It's funny, a piece of paper or cardboard or something like that catches on fire I will let it burn or throw some water on it.

Drop a hotdog or a hamburger in the fire whilst I'm cooking it, and I will dive into the hot burning coals to save it.

Priorities I guess?? LOL......

get's 42 mpg. I'm sold...he gave it to me for $1500. It has 375K miles on it..but he was a mechanic and kept it up. If I get a year out of it i'll be happy.

power steering out, speedo doesn't work (I have an app for that ), brand new tranny put in saturday.
Only 42 mpg? Man, I'd be totally disappointed. I have over 1,300 miles on the current tank of gas on my car, and I've only used 3.9 gallons of its 8 gallon fuel tank.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. It looks like you were fortunate to find a Civic that hasn't been hacked to pieces by a teenage ricer. Congrats.

Lovin this little car.

Filled up for the first time from damn near E: 9.34 gallons, $33.00

I hit 250 miles and the needle is just under half a tank. (the needle floats a bit, but shoot...)

No power steering, no speedo, leaks when it rains REALLY hard..but around 40mpg...hell...I'll live with any of that. Atleast it has a radio with an AUX cable and some decent speakers! Oh, gotta love the sun roof too! Me and my buddies drive it everywhere. I went from having the worst MPG to the best...so now my car gets used to go around town.
