Default Help with stepside hardware removal?

So I removed the step sides that came on my truck when I bought it a few months ago. I got the truck used so im not sure what brand step sides they are. I want to put them up for sale locally but the hardware (nuts, bolts, backing plate) is all still on the truck. I wasn't sure how to remove it, so I just re-tightened all the nuts down and left it like that.

I asked on the other forum but got no answers, so im hoping someone on here can help me out.

Do our trucks come with the hardware installed already?

The way it looks to me, it seems almost impossible for me to remove the hardware. As if its to big to fit through any of the wholes under there. I would appreciate any kind of help, and if you could let me know what the brand they may possibly be. It'll help me with a starting point for asking price.

Here's a pic of them...

The hardware used in the factory holes is called a Rivnut. The insert expands behind the frame forming a nut. I would like drilling them would remove them.
