Bar-b-q grill? I just saw one today for the first time. That's a coincidence.

But no not me.

A friend of mine owns a fireplace store. He knows I am a Chef and tried to sell me one. He told me the price and I turned around and walked out of his BBQ section. He started sputtering and saying how I could cook a fully dressed chicken in like 15 minutes. I just shook my head and kept walking.

For me it is the equivalent of buying power steps for my RAM. Would they be awesome to have? Damn right. Does the $200 static set do the same thing at 1/5 of the price? Yup. Sure does.

I heard that Paul tried to steal one of these. When he dropped it he started flapping his arms and cackling.

It's the greatest BBQ ever.

I noticed on the Grill Masters competition show there a couple of contestants that use a couple of BGEs rather than a professional set up.

BGE's are pretty awesome I have done some cooking on one during a BBQ comp, however I prefer the Louisiana Country Smoker, it is a pellet grill.
