I love my 2500 Longhorn. I added Firestone air bags this weekend in anticipation of a 5th wheel. I love your bed cover, the backflip. Where did you get it?

Since this is your first diesel, don't forget to read the diesel supplement-if you didn't get one, send Customer Service an email and request one based on your VIN. It's very important.

Nice, nice truck!
Thanks guys! I got my Bakflip from AutoAccessoriesGarage.com...had a 15% off coupon. Also, I'll certainly look into getting that supplement info. Thanks for the headsup!

Congrats.

I gotta say though, this is the type of stuff that causes customers to abandon a company altogether and buy a different brand.

I didn't have any trouble buying my Ram, but if I did, I likely would have given up on Ram and bought a Ford. It really is unacceptable for Ram to have as many problems as they do with ordering a vehicle

Thanks again everyone for the comments.

Yeah I was beyond frustrated after my ordering experience. However, I think RAM is head and shoulders above the other brands when it comes to interior/exterior looks. When I saw this one on the lot I just fell in love all over again. I do know one thing though, I don't think I will ever factory order another vehicle after this last experience!!

Hello LongHorner,
I have an 09 HEMI RAM. How much were you looking for the S&B Cold air intake? it has the "cleanable filter", correct?
thanks.

**Also, while waiting on my factory order of my 1500, I bought a few things in anticipation, including a 5.7 Liter 1500 Ram SB CAI which obviously I now can not use. Still brand new in box, never been touched. If anyone is interested, PM me and I can get it to you for a good price so I can recoup at least some of my loss!

Its a great looking truck, but man I cannot buy into those interiors. I love the materials, just not the color, or the stitching, or the embroidery, or well, Damn, I guess I'm just not gangster cowboy enough for that truck

How did you cancel your order without any penalty?
