So I bit the bullet and bought some wheel spacers from http://www.motorsport-tech.com/
The guys there were super helpful and the order/shipping process was as smooth as lithium grease!
The one thing I need to note about wheel spacers:
I did some research (about 1-2 hours a night for the last 6 weeks) and I came to a conclusion. Wheel spacers, regardless of the bias, is the pretty well the same thing as a backspaced rim. Granted, you need to make DARN sure all the bolts are on good and tight, but if you have a good set of rims and you want a wider stance, I have had no issues with them so far. I'll do some updates as the mileage goes up but I honestly have faith in these parts.
I do agree with the rim-biased people out there in that if you don't have the rims yet, just buy rims with a negative offset/ less backspacing, one piece turning is definitely better than 2+.
If, however, you want stockies or you have rims already and you want to go wider, wheel spacers are still a great alternative.
Now enough of my ramblings...
Here are the spacers!
Here is a front view of my truck (2012 Sport QC 4X4)
I know it's not as shiny as it could be but, thats the downfall of weird weather in Northern Canada!
If anyone wants some side shots lemme know, sorry for no before/after, I got kind of impatient
