Default vibration?

got my quarter inch wheel spacers installed and my ram today i have fuel rims with a +1 offset and now the spacers. i also got the wheels rotated at this time. on the trip home i noticed i definitely have a noticable vibration now, always had a little but now it very much noticable. just wondering if this is the cause of the wheel spacers or could it also be form the wheel rotation. the way the tires are worn and now on front could cause some vibration couldnt it? or is it more likely the spacers?

do you usually need a wheel allignment after spacers?

will or do the wheel spacers have to settle in a bit then be retorqued? could this be the problem

need to do something about the vibrations bad.

any help would be appreciated

It could be the tires cupped now in different positions. More offset could magnify the vibration. I'm pretty sure tires should be balanced with the spacers also on the balancer so offset is the same as on truck. You would have to talk to alignment shop to how spacers effect alignment. Are the wheels hubcentric? If the wheels are hubcentric, do the spacers now not let them center on the hubs. When you change wheels/tires sometimes it can open a big can of worms
