Default Exhaust

I'm thinking about putting some flowmasters (exhaust) on my '11. I wasn't gonna do it, but when I crank it up I just wanna hear that growl! Ya feel me!? Any body have any suggestions or tips?

Love my Flowmaster exhaust on my 4.7. I went with the full American Thunder Cat Back system and don't regret it at all. Comes with the 50 series HD muffler which to me is the perfect Flowmaster muffler for an everyday driver. Nice and loud when you put your foot into it but doesn't give you a headache driving down the highway.

There's a link to a sound clip in my sig below if you're interested.

to each their own....but in my experience, I had flow 40's and no resos and it wasnt that loud but the interior vibrated like a damn massage chair between 1800-2000rpm....i had a borla pro xs....that muffler was sick as hell....sounded better and deeper than flows but still had a lil vibration at 1800-2000rpms...maybe if i kept the resos that would have been the perfect setup. Right now im runnin corsa db exhaust...performance growl outside, close to stock sound inside, no drone. only thing it doesnt really have a deep rumble....it has a slight deep mellow tone but more of a diesel sounding. if drone is an issue, keep your resos and get the borla..or get a corsa or solo performance exhaust....also, flowmaster was the worst performing muffler...when i floored it when i had the 40's...i felt struggled to get the damn thing moving.

I have the 2011 hemi. My exhaust was nothing crazy, not to much not to little. I love the stock tips in the bumper so all I had done was the original muffler replaced with a flowmaster Super 40. I wanted super 44 but the shop advised against it because its a smaller can and they said that big hemi needs more room than a 44 offers to flow. Sound got better over the first 4-5 months, I'm happy!
