Where are they leaking? Just at one spot, or multiple places?

If it's at just one spot in the middle of the line, you can cut out the bad spot and install a union (compression fitting) there. Or for a longer bad spot, splice in a new piece of tubing with two unions.

If you have to replace the entire line, you might try a shop that makes hydraulic hoses. If you match the fittings on each end, they could make you up a rubber hydraulic hose to replace the metal line. Just route it carefully (away from exhaust system and moving parts) and tie strap it in place. Make sure they use a hydraulic line that will handle HOT oil without failing.
