Only Tuner you can find for the 2013 is the Bully Dog, and I think also the Hypertech. As for BD, you might want to check with them to see if the got all the bugs out, read up about what you need to use the BD with your truck before going and getting one. Hypertech you need to physically connect it up to the engine.

+1 on what Asur said ^^

There's quite a few threads on the forum discussing the BD tuner for the 2013's. A number of guys were having problems but from what I've heard most of them are worked out now. I would use the search engine on the forum to find some of those and read through if I were you. And as Asur said it's definitely not a bad idea to call BD tech support and find out what the latest tune is (it might be newer than anyone on the forum has) and find out if they've fixed all the bugs.
