Default De-Badge or Black out the emblems on my 2013 sport.

Any opinions?

I thought de-badging would look pretty slick, but blacking out the emblems with plasti-dip also doesn't look half bad.

What do you guys think? Or what have you guys done with yours?

I just bought a 13' black quadcab a few weeks ago. First thing I did was take off the RAM 1500 badges as well as the 5.7 HEMI badges. I think the the sides of the truck look better without (nice and clean). Personally I think the front and rear ram head badge look good as is since they are black and silver. The black backround of the emblems blend with the black paint. I am not a big chrome guy, but some contrast in the right spots can look decent IMO.
Maybe you could strip the side badges off and then take a look. If you dont like the look as is then you could dip as an option.
Either way, good luck and congrats

JumpMaster, ya got pictures? I have a black 13 Sport and was thinking of removing at least the Ram 1500 badges, just curious what it would look like.

Thanks -ATW

No pics yet. I had it in my possession for a week and its been at the stealership the last 2 weeks (98 miles away). gjayf77 pretty nailed it with his pics. Just put your finger over the hemi badge and you have your debadged look on the side.
Wish i had the sport hood though. I know its not functional, but I like the look.

Your welcome-Airborne!

On a black truck I would say de-badge it. However, I saw one around town the other day that had dipped the badges, and the HEMI lettering, blue. Looked very kewl!
