Default Anyone else emailing uconnect/Chrysler about apps?

I emailed uconnect asking for an update on the pandora app and others that have been coming soon for several months now. Maybe if they get flooded with the same questions they will actually work to make these features available like they were advertised from the beginning if the 2013 model year.

I think we should email them to fix the copious amount of bugs that exist!

I don't know how many radios got returned to them but it seems like many. I'm sure the hardware is not the issue, almost certain its software.

This is frustrating. Im looking at a '13 but would like my new truck to have everything working. Even the '13 Titan has Pandora working. Please update us if you hear anything. thanks!

What apps do we even have for these trucks? Sure would be nice if we could have our own screen savers and backgrounds.

just verbally complaining to the dealership is like talking to a brick wall, nothing will happen

the complaints have to be in writing & a Star case number needs to be assigned for anything to be done
Flood CS with emails with your concerns

you were sold a bill of goods that you believed the new radios actually worked, so you laid out $45,000 to get what was being advertised

besides that, the Canadians really got shafted & didn't even get vasoline

Yes, the more of us who open tickets at Chrysler customer service the better our chance of them throwing more resources at the problems. Whats really annoying is there was options working and they took them away with updates. WTF

I'd love to hear the reasoning behind going to yelp and taking away bing! I was really looking forward to bing but the replaced it with yelp a couple weeks before I got my truck. I haven't gotten a response to my email yet but I will keep you posted if they tell me anything useful.

I just got my new 13 Ram. Omg, Chrysler cannot be serious about this Yelp app. It is totally worthless. We live in a small town with four banks in town. So for the fun of it, I push "banks", and lo and behold, it shows nothing found. We have three churches in town, so I entered "churches" into the search bar. Lo and behold, it showed one church in town.
I sure hope I don't have a medical emergency. I pushed "hospitals" and it didn't even show our local hospital.
This app is pathetic.

Apple chose to use Yelp as their search/map provider. We all know how that went.

Not sure why they didn't just use google.

Google would be good. If they would have just furnished paper maps, they would be better than this Yelp app.
