I saw a lifted 2013 on the way back from visiting my brother in College Station this morning, so I know its been done. That said, I have not and will not be lifting mine. I don't think there would be any difference between a 2013 and a 2009-2012 regarding which lifts will fit though unless you have air suspension. But then again there could be due to the electric power steering.

If you get a lift for your 2013 make sure it's a '12 and up lift. They require different differential drop brackets and a different front drive shaft spacer.

If you're on a budget then the Rough Country kit with Bilsteins is a great option. If you want to step it up a notch BDS also makes a great kit. I would check out some of the threads in the 4th gen lifted section of the forum. All of that information is applicable to your 2013.
