Default Picture of cargo light wire under carpet in back seat?

I just popped my drivers side back doorsill to see how hard it would be to tap into the cargo light wire for my truck bed lights. Well, I found a huge bunch of wires all taped together under there. I was told here that its a tan wire but I did not see any tan wires in the bunch unless its in the middle of the bunch. Can someone who has do e this post a picture of your conection? I really don't want to dig through all those wires not knowing exactly which one I'm looking for. I might have to think of something else here.

you could always pull off your 3rd brake lights, only 2 screws and see what the color wire is that goes to your cargo lights.

If you do that, at the same time check that your foam seal is still good, they have been known to leak and when they do its too late, your head liner gets all wet and drips down on your seats, I will be fixing mine today, need to fix before it leaks

My truck is only a week old so it better still be good! It's pouring down rain right now actually.

Lmao sorry did not notice, ya, should be good, I just took mine off now to check it, I put on an aftermarket clear 3rd LED brake light and the seal is much better than stock and won't need to be replaced any time soon, but still worth checking once a year, thing takes like 2 secs to remove. Also if your truck is only 1 week old, get yourself the cabin air filter kit you will thank me for it cause it keeps your cab nice and clean.
