Default gold seal service plan 100k

so I got my 75k oil change done on Friday. the dude tells me its my last free one on my service contract. I was a little miffed! he showed me the dealer connect screen and it said 0 remaining. now when I bought this I was told ten tire rotations (every 10k) and twenty oil changes (every 5k). the tire rotation count works out (3 left), but not the oil changes.
when I bought my '11 grand and my brother bought his '12 ram, the same service contracts were bought and the same totals were given. all at the same dealer I might ad. did they make three separate mistakes? is 5k not the recommended interval?

5K is what the old school of oil changes recommends, but now I'm seeing 13K or more even??

I still don't know if I would go that far, but so long as it is under warranty and they fix my problems??

If you are that worried about them making a mistake, have them pull up your service record and show you the amount of oil changes.

Everything is on computer so they will have a copy.

Don't let them tell you that they don't go that far back, because then how would they confirm or deny a warranty claim if they don't keep records?

paperwork has to go back a minimum of 10 years
no matter what the business is

but that again is rules in the USA
you up north of the Border always get screwed by Chrysler Canada

the good news is you can now change the oil yourself with a good synthetic.
