Default 05 Dodge Magnum R/T

OK all gear heads......
I've got a problem and out of ideas. I just did a minor tune up on my wifes 05 Dodge Magnum R/T. 5.7 Hemi. I change the all 16!!!!! spark plugs and the wire set. Now I'm getting a fault code P0308. Which is a missfire on the #8 cylinder.

Parts installed.
Champion copper core plugs gapped @ .045 and a duralast wire set.

What I've done so far......
1. Swapped the 2 spark plugs to the #4 cylinder, rechecked gaps.
2. Swapped the coil to the #2 cylinder.
3. Exchanged the wire set for a new set.
4. Reset the ECU twice now.

After all that. still getting the code. Any ideas? I don't friggin know what to do now!!!

Before you ask....yes I'm a member over at the magnum forumz. But I haven't gotten any help over there just yet. I'm still crossing my fingers that someone can help

Did the coil code move with the coil or no?

If its the same cylinder regardless, then it sounds like the connection to the coil is messed up, maybe where it plugs in.

removed coil connector and gave it a blast of contact cleaner. pulled off the air cleaner and and wiped out the throttle body the best i could and cleaned the air temp sensor since i was in there. and while i waxed my truck had the fuse to the ecu pulled for a good 2 hours. now its a wait and see till the wife drives it a bit tommorow
