Super charger would give ya the most gains, but would cost a pretty penny.

I would do the normal stuff, tuner, headers, cold air intake first.

Thanks. I have a KN air filter and Super Chips programmer, is there any particular set of headers you would recommend without breaking the bank?

Sell or trade it in on a hemi.
Barring that, install 4.56 gears and a better converter, maybe get some head work done, up the compression a tad, better cams and custom tuning. It would move better, but you'd still be behind a stock hemi.
