gotta say being my first fullsize truck I love the power and ride it has. I love the looks of it over the other BIG trucks.

cons:
headlight sucks. My foglights are brighter
radio antenna is ugly as prev stated.
the obnoxious RAM 1500 on the doors. IMO its just too big.
Hate the delay when its in MDS and you have to slam on the gas and it has this split second before it accekerates.

PRO:
power
would like to activate/deactivate MDS as prev stated. \
RIDE, I just love the ride.

I love almost everything about my trucks looks, ride, interior, and the drive train. I hate how the driver side sun visor doesn't snap up to the head liner like the passenger side does and I hate how I can't turn my radio off.

I went on a Chrysler plant tour in 2005. After the tour we sat down with the engineers of the LX cars and they asked feed back from us owners. I said, why in hell don't you car guys look at other models in the line up and use some of the good ideas that have already been figured out instead of reinventing the wheel. Example, my 05 Ram has excellent Hella foglites , Magnum has crappy plastic ones, sunvisor clips on the Ram are bomb proof, Magnum, crappy and weak, Ram has a nice horn, could hear it for miles, Magnum has a wimpy little horn that is made in Turkey. I said , you already had good stuff in the parts bin. To be honest, the brakes on the Ram probably could have been made to work on the heavy LX cars instead of some retreaded Mercedes parts. When I drive a new Ram, I say, wow, nice ride, quiet, but I like my old dash and to be honest, my 05 feel faster and more nimble.

I hate the proprietary radios that are integrated into the rest of the vehicle. Make a standard din size that can easily be replaced with 3rd party or offer a few 3rd party options instead of wasting time on your own OEM diminished model.

I love the tailgate lock. Technology from 20 years ago finally arrived. Thank god some common sense is starting to get into designers heads. And now a gas funnel? Wow, who woulda thought, uhm, but put it...next to or integrated with the inlet! Also love the fact that my dealer rhino's all truck beds when they get them! (Thought it was all Ram until I read some threads here).
