Default Ram 2500 vs 1500?

Hey guys I have a 2013 ram 2500 HEMI Gas, and I'm looking at getting a Cold Air Intake and Headers for my truck. Obviously Ram 1500's and some 2500's have hemi gas engines, does it matter if I get headers for a 2013 ram 1500? They will fit the same right? Is is the same thing with a Cold air intake? Or do I need to find stuff that fits a 2013 ram 2500 hemi gas? Thanks Guys

The CIA will work. I have a 2500 with the Vararam Air Grabber.

The headers should work too. Same engine.

Hi 2013Ram1500,

The air intake should be the same. I would be careful with the headers though. The 1500 has a different front end than the 2500, 3500. Make sure you ask if they will clear the front drive hardware. If you have a two wheel drive it might not matter but if you have a 4X4 they are somewhat different. You might want to specify things like that so people can give you accurate info and advice.

Have a great day, and good luck with the mods.

Smart man here. If it is 4wd, the front end is COMPLETELY different. That is not to say it would not fit but be careful. You may be safe with shorties but not sure. With long tubes, you will really have to be sure.

I don't think you will gain a whole lot for the amount of effort and money though.
