Default Uconnect only works every once in a while.

I am not sure what the problem is on my 2012 Ram Uconnect. I have the radio with the touch screen, and back up camera, and I love it. But the uconnect function button sometimes will not work or do anything at all. Then other times it works fine and connects automatically with my Iphone. I love the Bluetooth function, but can't figure out why it does this?

We'll need to know which radio you have. I know you sad it's a touchscreen but there's a couple different ones. On the lower right side of the radio faceplate is a 3 digit code. What is that code? Thanks

Code at the bottom right says RBZ. I have done one software update from here, but is still is not working. Normally when I turn the truck on, the Uconnect connects with my Iphone automatically. But sometimes, it doesn't connect, and even when you push the media button a screen pops up that says "Initializing", then after about 15 seconds it goes back to Sirius Satalite. When you press the Phone button on the Radio, or the UConnect button it does nothing.
