You need to be at least leveled to fit 35's. I don't see any struts or coil springs, so does your truck have torsion bar suspension? If so you can just tighten them up to lift the front. The easiest way to tell if that's already been done is to measure the fender heights front and back. If they are fairly similar then your truck has been leveled. If there's a 2"-3" difference then it has not.

Are you not planning to run a 4" suspension kit though as stated in your original post?

Ok..so now I'm think'in maybe just a leveling kit...the rear is at 9" from tire to wheel well top and the front is 8"....I looked at the Rough Country kit and the problem I see is I don't have coil springs...

I'm assuming you have torsion bars then and they've probably already been cranked up to level the truck. You should be able to fit the 35's on there then.

With the torsion bars cranked, does that give it a crap ride as far as bounce'in or is that a shock problem?
